Absolutely. We encourage you to return your jerrycans to us if they are still intact, where we will professionally clean and where possible reuse them. We offer a small credit note for every jerrycan returned, to be used against your next order with us. Anything that isn’t able to be reused will go to Taka Taka Solutions for recycling.

We have a number of different bottle options to use in your hotel, from PET plastic in white, clear or amber, to coated aluminium bottles. We also have glass bottle options available for most of our spa products. We are also open to working together to find alternative options to suit your needs and aesthetics.

We can offer bespoke scent offerings for your property upon request at a cost. The minimum lead time is 6 months. More information upon request.

We have a Quality Assurance Team in place. All stages of production and bottling are overseen by our QA team. Each batch of product is sent for bacterial count testing after production, and 3 days later we can then bottle.  After bottling, we then carry out the test again for 3 days to make sure that we don’t have contamination from bottling, so every batch is tested twice. Testing is done by an independent laboratory in Nairobi. All our jerrycans have batch numbers and date of manufacture on them, so we have full traceability. Our production documents include the supplier for each raw material and their batch numbers so we can track every single item in every production run.

We are approved by KEBS. We have all our other regulatory licences such as DOSH, NEMA etc. Our skincare is dermatologically tested. Our bathroom amenities ranges are eco-certified.

Some are and some are not. We however use preservatives that have the Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) status given by the FDA. Note that not all preservatives are harmful and the key purpose for using them is to give a product some shelf life, which is particularly important when supplying in bulk.

We offer free delivery to addresses inside of Nairobi on all orders over 10,000ksh. Outside of Nairobi, the cost is to be covered by the client, and will depend on weight and number of items. We usually work with a trusted courier like Wells Fargo or G4S to get quotes and send parcels.

Our standard lead time is 1-2 working days to dispatch your order. In extenuating circumstances, this may vary, e.g. around particularly busy period such as Christmas, for particularly high volume, unexpected orders, or in the case of supply chain issues. However, this circumstances are rare and we pride ourselves on being efficient with our delivery. In special cases, in case of very urgent need, if we have the stock available we are often able to dispatch same day, at a small extra cost if an outside rider is needed to be employed.

Yes, depending on your needs and requirements we have a sales team who will assist you throughout the process of your first order and helping you choose and find what will work best for your hotel. After this, you will likely deal with the same person, or in a few cases be handed over to another sales representative who will be there to answer any questions, help you in the case of any issues, and assist you in repeat orders and further enquiries.
