1. Overview

These terms and conditions govern the Jani Beauty monthly prize draw (the "Prize Draw"). By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

2. Promoter

The Prize Draw is run by Jani Beauty, Kenya (the "Promoter").

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw, participants must:

•       Be a resident of Kenya

•       Be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry

•       Provide a valid name, email address, and phone number upon entry

Employees of Jani Beauty and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Prize Draw, participants must scan the QR code displayed on Jani Beauty promotional materials and complete the entry form by providing their name, email address, and phone number.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per person per draw period is permitted.

5. Prize Draw Period and Draw Date

The Prize Draw runs on a monthly basis. Entries submitted within each calendar month will be included in the draw for that month. The draw will take place on or around the last working day of each calendar month.

Entries submitted after the close of a monthly draw period will automatically be carried forward into the following month's draw, unless the participant requests otherwise.

6. The Prize

One winner will be selected per monthly draw. The prize consists of one Jani Beauty hamper containing the following products:

•       4 x 100ml body and hair range products

•       1 x lip balm

•       1 x skincare product

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Jani Beauty reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the relevant monthly draw period. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter or a nominated representative.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw date.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Data and Privacy

Personal data provided as part of the entry (name, email address, and phone number) will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent and will be handled in accordance with applicable Kenyan data protection laws.

By entering, participants consent to being contacted by Jani Beauty in connection with the Prize Draw.

10. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw at any time and without prior notice.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical or other reasons.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
